The Spanish Association of Landscape Engineering, AEIP, in collaboration with the European Federation of Bioengineering Landscape (EFIB), the city of San Sebastian and sponsored by the Basque Water Agency (URA) organize from 9 to 11 November the IX International Congress of Soil and Water Bioengineering : del río a la bahía, ibaitik badiara, from the river to the bay -Soil and water Bioiengineering in the European Capital of Culture 2016.
